Sanctuary Replenishment

Check and replace supplies (pencils, attendance pads, ministry cards, envelopes, etc.) behind pews, straighten hymn books and Bibles, change baptismal water weekly

Communion Bread Preparer

Deliver communion bread to church office

Communion Preparer/Alter Guild

Prepare communion trays and place flowers at Christmas and Easter

Usher

Provide support for the worship service and special events (when required), help visitors and members to find seating, distribute written communication about the service, assist in collecting the offering, assist in directing Communion (if on Communion Team), assist in counting attendance, and straighten up facility when services end.

Sound Support Team

Set up, test, and operate sound reinforcement equipment for worship services

Stage Helpers

Set up or tear down stage equipment (instruments, speakers, microphones, etc.) for Sunday morning 8:45 worship service. Two-person teams needed for both Saturday evening set-up and Sunday afternoon tear down.
